Superior Plus Announces Appointment of New Board Member

Mr. Harrison is currently the President and Chief Executive Officer of VersaCold Logistics Services ("VersaCold"). Versa Cold is Canada''s largest supply chain solutions company focused exclusively on the handling of temperature sensitive products. In addition to Mr. Harrison''s experience at VersaCold, Mr. Harrison has held a variety of senior level positions within the transportation and logistics businesses throughout his career. Mr. Harrison resides in Burlington, Ontario.
