Agora Holding Inc.''s Geegle Media Reviewing Prospective Designs for Its Specialty Real Estate Channel, Real TV
(firmenpresse) - TEMPE, AZ -- (Marketwired) -- 08/12/15 -- Agora Holdings, Inc. (OTC PINK: AGHI), parent company of Geegle Media, is meeting with design houses in Toronto, Canada as it begins developing Real TV, a specialty channel catering to the real estate industry.
Launching in 2016, Real TV, a division of Geegle Media, will serve as a platform for realtors throughout the country to showcase their properties. Geegle Media is beginning to review potential designs from design companies as it gears up to start building. The platform will provide realtors with an online avenue for showcasing, marketing and closing property sales.
"The market for this personal broadcasting niche is considerable -- some 40,000 realtors are registered in the Toronto region alone, that is one for every 140 people," says CEO Dan Terziev, in a statement. "It''s a highly saturated market. We''re giving realtors a platform to differentiate themselves."
The importance of Real TV is the freedom it gives realtors to manage their own channel. Each agent is given a login access and easy-to-use tools to produce their own live streaming video content. With tools for editing, cutting, sound and voice-over, realtors using the Real TV platform will revamp the look of buyer and seller presentations. Further, the live streaming nature of the content gives prospective homebuyers viewing preferences including speeding up content, rewinding and pausing material.
Real TV will include an interactive dimension. Realtors will be able to interact with visitors on their channel in real time. By hosting live sessions to answer homebuyer questions, agents are giving potential clients direct access to their expertise. "There is no more convenient way to sell property than an interactive live stream, for both parties," says Terziev, CEO of Geegle Media.
Content on Real TV will also be sharable to social media. The aim is to leverage the quality of video content produced on Real TV together with social media to generate buzz around properties.
