London Bull''s story begins with a simple objective - create a lifestyle brand where people can come drink, eat and enjoy a fun, lively environment. London Bull® will be a full-service, saloon style restaurant and a traditional pub all in one, with a focus on a selection of draught beer, but with quality "pub grub" available. This business is an expression of the best of what drives a traditional pub and a NYC style restaurant and bar, while creating a non-pretentious space.
London Bull® has been created by restaurateur Scott (Scotty) Morison, the fertile mind behind Browns Socialhouse®. Scott, who was inducted into the , has an uncanny ability to anticipate the needs of the marketplace and deliver ways for people to enjoy themselves. Over 10 years ago, sensing a shift in the marketplace, Scotty developed an innovative new business model, for which he coined the term "Socialhouse®" (BRG holds the trademark in Canada).
