JCM Global Sells Equity Shares Back to Nanoptix
(firmenpresse) - LAS VEGAS, NV -- (Marketwired) -- 08/07/15 -- JCM Global and Nanoptix Thermal Printers of Dieppe, New Brunswick, Canada have agreed to a Share Purchase Agreement whereby Nanoptix, through a successor entity, has purchased JCM''s 49 percent common equity interest in Nanoptix.
Over the past four years, JCM has acted as both distributor and most recently as equity owner of Nanoptix, successfully marketing and selling Nanoptix products under the JCM portfolio.
