("Prism") (TSX VENTURE: PM), a leading provider of durable medical equipment and related services to the mobility challenged, announced that it granted options on August 4, 2015 to acquire 745,000 common shares to directors, senior officers and employees of Prism or its affiliates having a term of three years and an exercise price of $12.06 per share. The options vest one-third on the date of the grant and one-third on each of the first two anniversary dates of the grant and are otherwise subject to the terms of the company''s stock option plan.
