(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 08/05/15 -- Walter Financial Inc., a private company controlled by Mr. Pierre Somers, announced today that it has sold 1,016,400 class A common shares and 486,200 class B subordinate voting shares of Logistec Corporation ("Logistec") held by Walter Financial (the "Secondary Sale").
As a result of the Secondary Sale, Walter Financial no longer holds any class A common shares or class B subordinate voting shares of Logistec.
