("Kerr" or the "Company") (TSX: KER) is pleased to announce that shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions presented in its management information circular at the annual meeting and special meeting held on July 6, 2015, which included the election of the Board of Directors and the renewal of the Company''s Stock Option Plan. The Board of Directors consists of Gregory Gibson, Stephen McIntyre, Chris Irwin, Gregory Smith, George Cole, Claudio Ciavarella and Wayne Tisdale.
