RG Renovatio Group Limited Acquires Units of Transeastern Power Trust
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/31/15 -- On July 24, 2015, RG Renovatio Group Limited ("Renovatio") acquired ownership of an aggregate of 6,812,070 units ("Units") of Transeastern Power Trust ("Transeastern") in a treasury offering by the issuer in exchange for assets (the "Transaction"). The Units were acquired at a price of $1.00 per Unit. As a result of the Transaction, Renovatio owns an aggregate of 6,812,070 Units, representing approximately 26.65% of the issued and outstanding Units, on a non-diluted basis.
The Units were acquired for investment purposes and Renovatio may, depending on market and other conditions, increase or decrease its beneficial ownership of Units or other securities of Transeastern, whether in the open market, by privately negotiated agreement or otherwise and may also change the registered holder of the securities.
