Sonor Investments Limited Announces Resignation of Tom Vandepeer as President and Declares Dividend on Its First Preference Shares

Michael R. Gardiner, Chairman and CEO, reported today that Thomas B. Vandepeer has tendered his resignation as President of Sonor Investments Limited effective July 15, 2015. Mr. Gardiner will assume the duties of the President until a new President is appointed.
Mr. Gardiner stated, "We thank Tom for the help he has given us in managing our Company. We really appreciate his contribution."
Mr. Gardiner also reported that a semi-annual eligible dividend of $0.225 per share on the Corporation''s 9% First Preference Shares has been declared payable on September 15, 2015 at a meeting of its Board of Directors. The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 1, 2015.
The 9% First Preference Shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol SNI.PR.A.
