The Imperial City gives people both PvP and PvE experience

According to ZeniMax, subscriptions still exist on the Elder Scrolls Online, and they have added a separate revenue stream as they said before, in form if limited-time offers for mounts, costumes, and experience point potions for sale. In a word, now they offer players what they need and will pay for as a second revenue stream.
DLC pricing of the Imperial City finally comes out
ZeniMax Online have priced Imperial City at only $20 and the expansion promises over 20 hours of ingame playability.
Additionally, in this interview, ZeniMax also talked about the Champion system and Veteran Ranks. As scheduled, veteran ranks would be removed once the champion system was introduced.
