Dominion General Investment Corporation Announces Management Changes
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/28/15 -- Dominion General Investment Corporation ("Dominion") (TSX VENTURE: DIC.P), a capital pool company as defined under Policy 2.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange, announces that effective July 15, 2015, Leonardo D''Elia, an officer of Dominion, has replaced Michael Kichuk on the board of directors of Dominion. In addition, Mr. D''Elia has resigned as an officer to ensure Dominion''s audit committee is composed of a majority of directors who are not officers or employees of the corporation.
