The franchise system, which has more than 120 units in 25 U.S. states, as well as in Australia, plans to open more than 100 stores in 2015.
Philip Jacobs, director of franchise development for UFC, said he hopes to get 150 new franchising commitments from existing franchisees and 125 committees from outside prospects over the next few years.
