(TSX VENTURE: BSR) (the "Company" or "Bluestone") issued 220,765 common shares at a price of $0.05 to settle $11,038.25 outstanding debt owed to a creditor. The transaction was approved by the TSX Venture Exchange and shares were issued on July 20th 2015 subject to a four-month hold period expiring on November 21st, 2015.
