(firmenpresse) - BRAMPTON, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/24/15 -- Brampton Brick Limited (the "Corporation") (TSX: BBL.A) is pleased to announce that all of the director nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 24, 2015 (the "Circular") for the annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held May 28, 2015 have been elected as directors of the Corporation.
Voting results for each nominee are presented below:
Voting results were posted on SEDAR.
All other matters set out in the Circular were approved by a majority of the shareholders at the Meeting.
