Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. Announces July Dividend and Timing of Second Quarter Results

Pizza Pizza Royalty Corp. (TSX: PZA) today announced its monthly cash dividend of $0.068 per share for July 2015.
The dividend will be payable to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 31, 2015, and will be paid on August 14, 2015.
For tax purposes, the 2015 dividend will be considered a taxable eligible dividend.
The Company also announced that its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2015 will be issued after the close of market on August 6, 2015.
The Company invites analysts and portfolio managers to participate in a conference call with Paul Goddard, Chief Executive Officer and Curt Feltner, Chief Financial Officer. The call will take place on Thursday, August 6, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. Shareholders and media are also invited to listen to the call.
