Corazon Closes $250,040 Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/21/15 -- Corazon Gold Corp. (TSX VENTURE: CGW) ("Corazon" or the "Corporation") announces that, further to its news release of June 25, 2015, it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") pursuant to which it has sold an aggregate of 1,316,000 common shares (each, a "Share"), at a price of $0.19 per Share, for gross proceeds of $250,040. Each Unit consists of one common share and one-half of one common share purchase warrant for a total of 658,000 warrants. Each full warrant is exercisable into one Share at a price of $0.40 for a period of two years following the closing of the Offering. A cash finder''s fee of $14,919 and 78,520 warrants exercisable at $0.19 per Share, expiring in one year, was paid on the Offering.
The proceeds of the Offering will be used for general working capital.
All securities are subject to a four-month and one day hold period.
