The Company President and CEO, Mr. George J. Coates, comments: "This transaction is designed to assist the Company in its expansion of production operations in the USA. The Company is in talks with other financiers at the moment to acquire the necessary funding for our expansion. We have inspected a building in the area that we feel would be adequate for our next step. We have a number of units being built at our New Jersey headquarters plant but we need another plant for our expansion in production of industrial natural gas CSRV generators and 18 wheeler heavy duty CSRV truck engines including retrofit kits for these trucks. We have many other CSRV products that encompass a great market worldwide."
