Gamehost Announces Regular Monthly Dividend and Voting Results

Gamehost has declared a cash dividend for the month of July 2015 of $0.0733 (CDN$) per common share. The dividend will be paid on August 14, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is July 29, 2015.
This dividend is considered an "Eligible Dividend" and therefore, eligible for the enhanced gross-up and dividend tax credit available to shareholders.
In accordance with Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102 of the Canadian Securities Administrators, the following is a summary of the voting results for the Annual Meeting of the holders of common shares of Gamehost Inc. (the "Company") held on May 13, 2015 (the "Meeting").
The Scrutineer''s report recorded that there were 146 shareholders represented by person or by proxy at the Meeting, representing in aggregate 12,935,795 shares (or 54.63% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company).
Gamehost is a corporation established under the laws of the Province of Alberta. The Company''s operations are all located in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Operations of the Company include the Boomtown Casino in Ft. McMurray, the Great Northern Casino, Service Plus Inns & Suites hotel and a strip mall all located in Grande Prairie. The Company has a 91% controlling interest in Deerfoot Inn & Casino Inc. who operates the Deerfoot Inn & Casino in S.E. Calgary.
