Ironclad TEK Inc. Announces It Will Not Be Proceeding With Transaction With Platinum Communications Corporation
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/15 -- Ironclad TEK Inc. (the "Company"), a private Alberta company, wishes to announce that the proposed transaction with Platinum Communications Corporation ("Platinum") will not be proceeding. The Company and Platinum were not able to negotiate mutually acceptable terms for a definitive agreement. To the knowledge of the Company, the failure to reach mutually acceptable terms was not the result of unsatisfactory due diligence carried out by Platinum on the Company. Both parties intend to continue to cooperate in pursuing joint business opportunities.
