Black Diamond Group Limited Announces July Dividend
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/17/15 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond" or the "Company") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today declared a dividend of $0.08 per share to be paid on August 17, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015. The ex-dividend date is July 29, 2015. This dividend is an ''eligible dividend'' for Canadian income tax purposes.
