CNBC''s Blue Collar Millionaires Features College Hunks Hauling Junk Founders
Television Appearance Is the Latest in a Long Line of National Media Accolades the Company Has Received for Its Fun, Unique Concept
(firmenpresse) - TAMPA, FL -- (Marketwired) -- 07/14/15 -- College Hunks Hauling Junk co-founders Nick Friedman and Omar Soliman will be featured on CNBC''s new docu-series, .
The show, which debuts at 10 p.m. EDT on July 15, will focus on the "profiles [of] big personalities who''ve gotten rich by getting their hands dirty," according to CNBC. The business of each owner or owners will be highlighted, and the show will follow the owners in time away from their jobs -- featuring the rewards that hard work and success bring. In addition to Friedman and Soliman, the inaugural class of profiles includes an exterminator, the husband-and wife-team behind Club Tattoo, a horse breeder and racer, a concrete contractor and a cleaning company operator specializing in emergency response and hazardous sites.
For Soliman and Friedman, the CNBC show is just another way for them to talk about all the hard work that''s gone into building College Hunks Hauling Junk into the nationwide success it is today.
"They wanted to spend some time with us at home with our families, but we also wanted the audience to see all the hard work that goes into what we do," Friedman said. "We showed what goes into an average day for a moving and junk removal franchise owner and his or her team. That''s necessary so that people watching can appreciate how hard College Hunks Hauling Junk works for them when they book us for a job."
At the same time, Soliman added, "Shows like this are a great opportunity for us to show our corporate culture, the fun vibe that we have, and the enthusiasm of everyone -- from Nick and me through to our management team at headquarters, the great support staff in the Sales and Loyalty Center and then out to the franchises."
And even though College Hunks Hauling Junk has gotten a lot of exposure, its story never gets stale.
"There''s no statute of limitations on success, and every time we do an interview we can talk about a bigger number of franchise locations, or a new state that we''re opening up in," Friedman said. "Our success comes from a lot of lessons that we have learned, and that we are eager to share with other entrepreneurs."
What''s more, Soliman said, "We also are seeing more and more of our franchise owners and their teams of hunks getting media coverage in their markets, as well as nationally on networks like . College Hunks Hauling Junk really is a different kind of moving and junk removal franchise, and it makes a great story."
