Acopia Harvest of Central Falls Promotes Increased, Sustainable Food Production and Food Safety

The Acopia Harvest mission is to increase awareness of its urban hydroponic program model, which aims to reduce carbon emissions to the environment by 94% via local and alternate sustainable food production practices. As the human population continues to grow expeditiously, the resources required to sustain such a population rapidly diminish. The company intends to bring recognition to both the City of Central Falls and the State as a whole for its part in sustainable, urban food production and safety. Its various programs and technologies aim to promote new industry, education, and job creation all while in compliance with the urgent needs of our planet.
The Congressmen''s visit Thursday prompted fresh dialogue on ways to promote the City of Central Falls as a leader and example for other cities in the nation.
