Inscription of Strateco on the NEX Trading Platform
(firmenpresse) - BOUCHERVILLE, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 07/13/15 -- Strateco Resources Inc. ("Strateco") (NEX: RSC.H) announced its inscription on the NEX trading platform. The common shares of Strateco will be listed and trading in the securities of the Company will remain suspended on NEX, on the effective dates stated below.
Listing Date: At the close of business (5:01 p.m. EDT) on Friday, July 10, 2015.
Commence Date: Trading in the common shares will be halted on NEX at the opening on Monday, July 13, 2015.
The common shares of Strateco (Symbol: RSC) were delisted from Toronto Stock Exchange at the close of business on Friday June 12, 2015.
Strateco no longer meets Toronto Stock Exchange minimum listing requirements and also does not meet the requirements for a TSX Venture Tier 2 company.
As of July 13, 2015, Strateco is subject to restrictions on share issuances and certain types of payments as set out in the NEX policies.
The trading symbol for Strateco will change from RSC (that was the trading symbol used when Strateco''s shares were listed on Toronto Stock Exchange) to RSC.H. There is no change in Strateco''s name, no change in its CUSIP number and no consolidation of capital. The symbol extension differentiates NEX symbols from Tier 1 or Tier 2 symbols within the TSX Venture market.
Strateco is classified as a "Mining and quarrying (except oil and gas)" issuer (NAICS Number: 212). For further information, please refer to Strateco''s continuous disclosure information available on SEDAR.
Halt
Trading in the shares of Strateco will be halted on NEX at the opening on Monday, July 13, 2015, pending clarification of corporate transactions.
