Tethys Petroleum Limited ("Tethys") (TSX: TPL)(LSE: TPL) acknowledges the announcement made today by Nostrum Oil & Gas PLC ("Nostrum") regarding its approach to the Board of Directors of Tethys regarding a possible offer for the entire issued share capital of Tethys. Tethys confirms that such an approach from Nostrum has been received.
There can be no certainty that any firm offer will be made by Nostrum for the entire issued share capital of Tethys, nor as to the terms on which any firm offer might be made.
