The Radiant Group Acquires HumanGeo to Advance Data Analytics and Open Source Capabilities
(firmenpresse) - ARLINGTON, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/13/15 -- The Radiant Group, Inc., a premier provider of technical solutions and services to the Federal Government, announced today that it has acquired The Human Geo Group, LLC, a data analytics and software development company, for cash and stock. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, and the transaction was completed on July 8, 2015. HumanGeo will retain its company name and leadership team.
