("Declan" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: LAN) announces that Mr. David Miller has resigned from the Board of Directors and as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company to focus on his other business interests. Declan would like to thank Mr. Miller for his services to the Company and wishes him the best in his future endeavours. Mr. Wayne Tisdale will assume the role of President and Chief Executive Officer.
