Mettrum Announces Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/10/15 -- Mettrum Health Corp. ("Mettrum" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: MT) (TSX VENTURE: MT.WT), a vertically integrated agri-pharmaceutical company focused on research, development, production and distribution of medical cannabis products, announced that effective June 29, 2015, it granted to its employees stock options to purchase an aggregate of 800,000 common shares pursuant to the Company''s stock option plan. Among such grants, 350,000 options, in the aggregate, were granted to seven (7) officers of the Company. All of the 800,000 options are exercisable at a price of $1.60 per share, being the opening price of the Company''s common shares on June 29, vesting equally over three years and with a five-year term.
