Carl Announces Completion of Private Placement
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/15 -- Carl Capital Corp. ("Carl" or the "Company") (CSE: CRL), a developer of software as a service ("SaaS")-based solutions for data integration and business intelligence, announces that, further to its news release of July 7, 2015, it has closed a non-brokered private placement offering (the "Offering") pursuant to which it sold an aggregate of 440,000 common shares (each, a "Share"), at a price of $0.25 per Share, for gross proceeds of $110,000. The proceeds of the Offering will be used for general working capital.
No finder''s fee was paid in connection with the Offering.
The securities issued under the Offering are subject to a statutory hold period expiring on November 10, 2015.
