PC Gold Announces Maturity Extension on Secured Debt
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/09/15 -- PC Gold (TSX VENTURE: PKL) ("PC Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has negotiated the extension of the maturity date for its $600,000 principal amount of senior secured debentures due to mature on July 8, 2015. The holders of the debentures have agreed to extend the maturity date of the debentures on a month to month basis.

PC Gold Inc. is a Canadian gold exploration company currently focused on its 100% owned former producing Pickle Crow gold mine located in Northwestern Ontario. The Company is currently assessing an exploration program to further define the 22 / 23 vein structures on the Pickle Crow project from surface to 300m depth.
