Shareholder of Bird River Resources Inc. Increases Holdings and Acquires Over 10% of its Common Shares
(firmenpresse) - WINNIPEG, MANITOBA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/08/15 -- Mr. Edward Thompson (the "Acquiror"), who is an officer and director of Bird River Resources Inc. (CSE: BDR) ("Bird River" or the "Company"), announces that he has purchased in the public market an additional 450,000 common shares of Bird River.
The Acquiror and any persons or companies that may be considered to be joint actors with the Acquiror previously owned 704,000 common shares of the Company. Following this purchase, the Acquiror owns 1,154,000 common shares, which represent 10.9% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company.
The Acquiror and the joint actors have acquired the securities in the Company for investment purposes only and from time to time may: (i) acquire additional securities of the Company, (ii) dispose of some or all of the existing or additional securities they hold or may hold, or (iii) they may continue to hold their current positions.
