Rockefeller Hughes Announces Appointment of CFO
(firmenpresse) - CONCORD, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/08/15 -- Rockefeller Hughes Corporation ("Rockefeller" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: RHC) is pleased to announce that Mr. Harry Chang has been appointed CFO of Rockefeller effective immediately.
Harry Chang is currently a Board Member and Audit Committee Chairman. Mr. Chang has an extensive career of over 20 years in financial management in both industry and public accounting. Mr. Chang gained more than 10 years of management experience in the oil and gas industry with Ultramar and later with a subsidiary of Exxon. His tenure in this sector included durations in internal audit, corporate taxation, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, marketing and distribution and planning and analysis. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario.
The Company also announces the termination of David Sederis as interim CFO and would like to thank Mr. Sederis for his contribution to the Company and RHC Energy (USA), LLC and wish him the best with future endeavors.
