Cadillac Ventures Inc. Announces Change in Directors
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/06/15 -- Cadillac Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE: CDC)(OTC: CADIF) ("Cadillac" or the "Company") announces that, Ms. Lulu Yan has resigned as a Director of Cadillac.
The Company thanks Ms. Yan for her contributions while being a Director and wishes her success in her future endeavours.
Ms. Yan, pursuant to an agreement made as of March 4, 2013 between the Company and Sino-Canada Resources Fund 1 ("Sino-Canada") was Sino-Canada''s nominee on the Company''s Board of Directors. Sino-Canada has recommended Mr. Jianxiong Liu to be their nominee on the Company''s Board of Directors. Accordingly the Directors of the Company have reviewed and appointed Mr. Jianxiong Liu to fill the vacancy.
Mr. Jianxiong Liu has more than 25 years of experience in financial advisory, asset management and private equity investment with industry coverage on consumer, pharmaceutical, hotel chains and technologies. Since 1987 Mr Liu has worked in the financial sector with periods at Macdonald, Shymko & Co., Merrill Lynch, China Railcom, China Parma/pham2b, Actis LLp, Mousse Partners and Greenwoods Investment. Mr. Liu also served for 2 years as CFO for China Railcom and China Parma/pham2b and 2 years as G.M. of a private IT company. Mr. Liu has had experience working in China, Philippines, Thailand, USA and Canada. Mr. Liu graduated with a BSc from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 1987 and an MBA, Finance from the University of British Columbia in 1992.
