Tix Corporation Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
(firmenpresse) - STUDIO CITY, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 07/06/15 -- Tix Corporation (OTCQX: TIXC), a leading provider of discount ticketing services, today announced that its Board of Directors, as part of Tix Corporation''s previously announced quarterly cash dividend program, has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per common share, which represents an annualized rate of $0.20 per common share. Shareholders of record as of July 16, 2015 will be paid the $0.05 per common share on July 30, 2015.
Tix Corporation (OTCQX: TIXC) provides discount ticketing services. It currently operates ten discount ticket stores in Las Vegas under its Tix4Tonight marquee, which offers up to a 50 percent discount for same-day shows, concerts, attractions and sporting events, as well as discount reservations for dining.
