Acquisition of Shares in Telferscot Resources
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 07/03/15 -- On June 22, 2015, Wayne Chertkow, of 63 Cantertrot Court, Thornhill, Ontario, L4J 7X7, acquired 3,000,000 common shares of Telferscot Rescources Inc. issued by Telferscot Resources Inc. in a private placement at a price of $0.005 per share. As a result of the acquisition of these shares, Mr. Chertkow owns 4,731,000 shares, which is approximately 7.85 per cent of Telferscot''s outstanding shares.
Under Ontario securities law, Mr. Chertkow may be deemed to own a total of approximately 13.66 per cent of Telferscot''s outstanding common shares, including the holdings of Doron Chertkow and Stephen Handler.
The shares were purchased for investment purposes. Mr. Chertkow may purchase additional shares or sell shares in the future as the opportunity arises.
The issuance of this news release is not an admission that any of the named individuals is a joint actor with any other named individual.
