NW Natural Announces Dividend and Schedules Conference Call to Review Results for the Three and Six Months Ended June 30, 2015
(firmenpresse) - PORTLAND, OR -- (Marketwired) -- 07/02/15 -- The Board of Directors of Northwest Natural Gas Company (NYSE: NWN), dba NW Natural, has declared a quarterly dividend of 46.5 cents per share on the Company''s common stock.
The dividends will be paid August 14, 2015 to shareholders of record on July 31, 2015. The Company''s indicated annual dividend rate is $1.86 per share.
NW Natural also announced today that it will issue its second quarter earnings release on Tuesday, August 4, 2015, for the period ended June 30, 2015.
NW Natural will conduct a conference call and webcast starting at 8 a.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) on August 4th to review the Company''s financial and operating results for the second quarter and year-to-date periods.
