CriticalControl Announces Name Change
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/30/15 -- CriticalControl Solutions Corp. ("CriticalControl" or the "Corporation") (TSX: CCZ) is pleased to announce that the name of the Corporation has been changed to Critical Control Energy Services Corp. The Corporation received shareholder approval at its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on June 23, 2015 and received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "Exchange") on June 30, 2015.
"The change of our corporate name reflects our transition to a focused oil and gas software and services company," said Alykhan Mamdani, President & CEO of CriticalControl.
The new ISIN number is CA2267521037 and the new CUSIP number is 226752103 for the common shares of the Corporation.
Effective at the opening of trading on July 3, 2015, the Corporation''s common shares will trade on the Exchange under the new name of Critical Control Energy Services Corp. The Corporation will continue to trade under the symbol of "CCZ".
