Royal Road Minerals Announces Stock Option Grant
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/30/15 -- Royal Road Minerals Limited (TSX VENTURE: RYR) (the "Company") a gold and copper focused mineral exploration and development company, announces that it has granted to Loeb Aron & Company Ltd., a consultant of the Company, incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate of 110,000 ordinary shares pursuant to the Company''s stock option plan. The options are exercisable until April 15, 2017 at a price of $0.40 per share.
