Highlights
"I am pleased with Parkit''s results for the second quarter, which demonstrate both revenue growth and a focus on cost control," stated Rick Baxter, the Company''s Chief Executive Officer. "However, while these results do provide evidence of the quality of the assets, they do not fully capture the scope of our business, which has undergone significant changes since the final week of the second quarter. The joint venture announced on April 22 is a transformative transaction, crystalizing the value of our prior investments and establishing a profitable foundation for our long-term development. While the impact of this transaction is visible on Parkit''s balance sheet, which witnessed a $19.6 million increase in our net assets relative to this point last year, the joint venture''s benefits have not yet been fully realized in our income statement.
