Aura Shops & Dining Granted BOMA BESt Level 2 Certification
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/29/15 -- Canderel is proud to announce that Aura Shops & Dining, located at the corner of Yonge and Gerrard in downtown Toronto has been granted BOMA BESt for Enclosed Shopping Centre, Level 2 certification. The property is located in the podium of the 80-storey Aura at College Park condominium project.
A number of measures have been implemented at Aura Shops & Dining to reduce the property''s environmental footprint. These include a recent LED lighting retrofit in the building''s common areas, the installation of tenant energy submetering systems, and the presence of high-efficiency HVAC equipment. In addition to our standard recycling program, Canderel also collects electronic waste, batteries, fluorescent lamps, as well as organic waste generated by our restaurant tenants.
