Government of Canada Supports Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day and Canada Day Events in Aurora

Funding from the Celebrate Canada program helps make community events possible

(firmenpresse) - AURORA, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/29/15 -- Department of Canadian Heritage

Lois Brown, Member of Parliament (Newmarket-Aurora), on behalf of the Honourable Shelly Glover, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, today announced $25,000 in funding to the Corporation of the Town of Aurora.

This funding, provided through the Celebrate Canada program, will enable the Town of Aurora to offer Saint-Jean-Baptiste Day and Canada Day activities from June 22 to July 1, 2015.
