(TSX: FPX) ("First Point" or the "Company") is pleased to report that the following individuals were elected as directors at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders held on June 25, 2015:
At the Meeting, the Shareholders approved the appointment of, De Visser Gray LLP, Chartered Professional Accountants, as the auditor for the ensuing year at a remuneration to be determined by the Board of Directors
The Shareholders also approved, ratified and confirmed the Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement that had been adopted by the Board of Directors on May 13, 2015.
