ZYTO Corp, a Utah-based company specializing in biocommunication applications, will hold its 2015 Annual Meeting of Shareholders at the company''s headquarters, located at 387 South 520 West, Ste. 200, Lindon, Utah, 84042 on Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at 12:00 p.m., Mountain Daylight Time.
The Company announced in its 2014 Annual Meeting notice that in future years the Company will be following its bylaws, adopted many years ago, regarding annual meetings which specifies that, absent contrary notice beforehand, the annual meeting will be held at 12:00 p.m. on July 1st at the company''s offices.
The agenda of the annual meeting includes: (i) the election of three directors to hold office for a term of one year and until their successors are elected and shall qualify; (ii) to ratify the selection of as the independent registered public accounting firm and auditor of the company for the year ending December 31, 2015; and (iii) transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting or at any postponement or adjournment thereof.
