Xylitol Canada Inc. Enters Into Advisory Agreement With Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc.
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/24/15 -- Xylitol Canada Inc. ("Xylitol Canada", or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: XYL) announced today the appointment of Spinnaker Capital Markets Inc. ("Spinnaker") as its capital markets and investor relations advisor.
The agreement is for an initial term of three months from June 15, 2015 to September 15, 2015. Spinnaker''s mandate will focus on developing and expanding the network of investors, analysts, and financial intermediaries who are interested in following the Xylitol Canada growth and investment story. The agreement also provides for a full range of investor relations services for a fee of $21,000 for each three months of services rendered, payable quarterly, and is subject to the acceptance of the TSX Venture Exchange.
