Each matter voted upon is described in greater detail in the Notice of the 2015 Annual General and Special Meeting and Management Proxy Circular dated May 26, 2015, which is available on SEDAR at .
By resolution passed by ballot votes, the following four nominees proposed by management were elected directors of Tanager Energy Inc. to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:
By Resolution passed by show of hands, Meyers Norris Penny, Chartered Accountants, were appointed as auditor of Tanager Energy Inc. for the ensuing year.
By Resolution passed by ballot vote, the 2014 Stock Option Plan was approved.
By Resolution passed by ballot vote, the Future Financing Plan was approved.
By Resolution passed by ballot vote, the Consolidation of Common Shares was approved, such consolidation to be determined within the next 12 months as agreed by the Board of Directors.
