Mid-America Machining Files Suit Against Milacron Plastics Technologies Group LLC for Infringement of Five Separate Patents
(firmenpresse) - BROOKLYN, MI -- (Marketwired) -- 06/23/15 -- On June 15, 2015, Mid-America Machining, Inc., a Brooklyn, MI-based manufacturer of extrusion blow molds and tooling, filed a patent infringement lawsuit against Milacron Plastics Technologies alleging infringement of five of its patents for extrusion blow molding tooling and packaging designs. Milacron sells all of the products in question under the brand name Uniloy. Mid-America Machining is seeking injunctive relief, monetary compensation, including court costs and attorney fees.
Copies of the complaint and patents are posted on the Mid-America web site. Mid-America Machining has been actively its new bottle tooling and designs since receipt of the five patents.
