Umbra Applied Technologies Introduces Chief Financial Officer
(firmenpresse) - SHORT HILLS, NJ -- (Marketwired) -- 06/23/15 -- Umbra Applied Technologies Group (OTC: UATG) announced today the appointment of Thomas L. Crom as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Crom''s official start date is July 01, 2015. Mr. Crom has served senior executive positions with North and South American natural resource (mining, oil and gas), finance & investment companies, and new-technology companies. During this time he has held positions of Chairman, President and CFO within a number of private and public companies and has over 25 years of international experience.
