Perisson Petroleum Corporation Announces Issuance of Shares for Debt
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 06/19/15 -- Perisson Petroleum Corporation ("Perisson" or the "Company") (CSE: POG) is pleased to announce the issuance of 1,032,976 common shares to a trade creditor in satisfaction of trade payables in the aggregate amount of $51,646.80. The securities issued will be subject to a hold period of four months plus one day from closing.
