Arsenal Energy Inc. Announces Results of Shareholders Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/15 -- Arsenal Energy Inc. ("Arsenal" or the "Corporation") (TSX: AEI)(OTCQX: AEYIF) held its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on June 18, 2015, (the "Meeting") in Calgary.
AGM Voting Results
All resolutions presented for approval at the Meeting have been authorized and approved. A total of 7,076,220 common shares representing 39.54% of the total issued and outstanding common shares were represented in person or by proxy at the Meeting.
Each of the five director nominees proposed in the Arsenal Information Circular - Proxy Statement were elected as Directors.
Shareholders of the Corporation approved the re-appointment of KPMG LLP Chartered Accountants as Arsenal''s auditors.
Shareholders also approved the Amended and Restated Shareholder Rights Plan dated June 18, 2015 which amended and restated the Shareholder Rights Plan dated June 12, 2012 between the Corporation and a trust company designated as rights agent.
