(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/15 -- The Board of Directors of Minera Alamos Inc. (the "Company" or "Minera Alamos") (TSX VENTURE: MAI) has approved the issuance of 3,250,000 options to certain of its management and staff pursuant to its stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.11, are subject to agreed vesting schedules and expire in five years.

Minera Alamos is a junior exploration and development company; its projects include the Los Verdes open pit copper-molybdenum porphyry project in Sonora, northern Mexico that is currently in development.
