Allied Properties Real Estate Investment Trust Announces June Distribution
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 06/18/15 -- Allied Properties REIT (TSX: AP.UN) announced today that the Trustees of the REIT have declared a distribution of $0.1216 per unit for the month of June, 2015, representing $1.46 per unit on an annualized basis. The distribution will be payable on July 15, 2015, to unitholders of record as at June 30, 2015. The REIT has 77,799,308 units issued and outstanding.
